By visiting, utilizing, or accessing ROCheap, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your continued use of this site constitutes your affirmative agreement to these terms. ROCheap reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions, and notices under which the ROCheap sites and services are offered, including but not limited to any fees associated with the use of ROCheap sites and services. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms and conditions, as well as any additional terms. Your ongoing use of ROCheap sites and services signifies your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.

Intellectual Property of others is respected by ROCheap and its affiliates. If you suspect that:

- Derivatives of your work have been used without your permission
License and Site Access
- ROCheap grants you a limited, revocable license to access and make personal use of the site.
- You may not download (other than page caching), modify, or use any portion of the site for commercial purposes without written consent.

- Unauthorized use terminates the license granted by ROCheap.
- You are granted limited, revocable, and non-exclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of ROCheap as long as it does not portray ROCheap in a false, misleading, derogatory, or offensive manner. The link may be revoked at any time and under any circumstance by ROCheap.
- Using ROCheap logos or other proprietary graphics as part of the link without written permission is prohibited.
Your Account
By registering and managing a vendor account on ROCheap, you agree to:
- Take charge of maintaining the confidentiality of your account and associated information, including restricting access to the device used to access ROCheap.
- Accept complete responsibility for all activities that occur under your vendor account.
- Note: If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you may not use the website, as you are not old enough to use the payment processor.
- Refuse service.
- Terminate accounts.
- Remove and/or edit content.
- Cancel transactions.
- Exercise these rights in their sole discretion.
Grounds for Termination/Refusal of Service
ROCheap reserves the right to immediately terminate access for any user or vendor who violates any provision of these terms and conditions. Common grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:
- Fraudulent activities of any kind, as determined by ROCheap staff and systems, through Payment Processor or ROCheap.
- Failure to maintain proper account security for vendors.
- Refusal to cooperate with support staff in resolving disputes.
- Provision of false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
- Unlawful reference or linking to ROCheap on restricted third-party websites.
- Any other breach of these Terms of Service.
Site and Services
- ROCheap provides links and pointers to internet sites for informational purposes only.
- ROCheap, its parent or subsidiary companies, and their affiliates do not operate or control in any way the information, products, or services on these third-party sites.
- The content on this site and third-party sites is provided "as is" without any warranties, either expressed or implied.
- ROCheap denies all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- ROCheap is only providing a service for communication and automation between buyers and vendors, and no goods or property are being sold by ROCheap to the buyer.
Reviews, Comments, Communications and Other Content
- Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content and communications
- Visitors may submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information
- Content should not be illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties
- Content should not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or form of "spam"
- Visitors should not use a false email address or impersonate any person or entity
- By submitting content or material, you grant ROCheap and its affiliates a royalty-free, non-exclusive, eternal, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create works from, and distribute such content
- You grant ROCheap and its affiliates immunity from all claims resulting from content you supply
- ROCheap has the right to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content, but has no obligation to do so
- ROCheap has no responsibility for any content posted by you or a third party.
Product Descriptions
- ROCheap and its affiliates aim to be accurate in describing products and services.
- However, they do not guarantee that product descriptions or other site content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
- If a product offered by ROCheap is not as described, your only solution is to contact support.
- Any connections between ROCheap products and third-party products are purely coincidental.
- ROCheap does not sell or stock third-party products or services directly.
Price Matching
ROCheap currently does not have a formal policy for price matching, however, customers can reach out to support to negotiate competitive pricing on a case-by-case basis.
Billing
- ROCheap does not handle personal payment information and all billing is conducted through a secure payment processor.
- The customer and vendor are responsible for abiding by the payment processor's terms of use and ROCheap's terms of service.
- The payment processor is the only billing method available for users of the site.
- No personal billing information is collected, stored or given to ROCheap.
- Payments through the payment processor are handled before goods and services are distributed.
- ROCheap's systems verify stock, buyer and vendor validity and other factors for a successful transaction.
- In case of system failure, ROCheap support will evaluate and resolve any transaction issues.
Customer Agreement
By purchasing through ROCheap, you agree to the following terms in addition to the rest of the agreement:
- You must be 18 years or older to make a purchase or have a parent or guardian buy on your behalf.
- Report any missing or unreceived goods or services to the support team within 3 days of purchase. Failure to do so will result in denial of support and no refund will be provided.
- Refunds will only be granted if goods were not received.
- False chargebacks or fraud will result in immediate termination, denial of service, and blacklisting of your information.
- All information provided must be true and accurate.
- ROCheap only facilitates transactions between the buyer and vendor and is not responsible for handling goods after delivery.
- Failure to comply with the customer agreement and terms of service will result in termination, refusal of service, and blacklisting.
Vendor Agreement
By registering as a vendor with ROCheap, you agree to, warrant and represent the following terms, along with the rest of the site’s Terms of Service:
- You, the vendor, must be the SOLE vendor of your own storefront, meaning that all usernames and passwords under your care shall remain secure and confidential. You, the vendor, are responsible for all accounts you have registered with ROCheap, and thus you are responsible for third parties affecting the site through their actions on your behalf.
- You, the vendor, MUST be eighteen (18) years old, unless local laws applicable to you establish another standard age of adulthood (Subject to review by ROCheap Staff).
- You, the vendor, shall not use ROCheap, its site, or service offered, in any way that is illegal in accordance with local, U.S. and international law, nor shall you break any of ROCheap’s or the payment processor’s terms in any way.
- All information supplied by you is true and accurate, including information submitted as part of the registration, subscription, transaction or dispute process.
- We are not responsible for loss of goods due to circumstances out of our control, including but not limited to negligence, account compromise, termination of selling assets, or access by a third-party.
- By registering as a vendor with ROCheap and using this service, you, the vendor, herein expressly agree that any and all successful transactions are subject to a fee that will be deducted from the vendor’s payment processor account, such fees currently being 12% for items plus $2.65 USD and 10% for funds sold plus 85% of the service fee from the purchase. The fee shall be deducted from the vendor’s payment processor account from the 100% of the price paid by the customer. By accepting these terms, you, the vendor, expressly agrees to this condition, and authorizes the payment processor and ROCheap to withdraw the fee from your payment processor account. This fee is inclusive of all taxes, except payment processor fees (as outlined in the payment processor’s terms and conditions).
- You, the vendor hereby acknowledge and expressly agree to percent fees imposed by ROCheap, and that these fees under no circumstances will be refunded.
- ROCheap may unilaterally change the fee at any given time. The vendor shall be notified of any such change and the date of implementation of said change. Should you, the vendor, disagree with changes to fees, you may immediately terminate your vendor account by contacting support. If you, the vendor, continue using ROCheap’s sales service after the date of implementation, it is deemed that you, the vendor, agree to and accept the new fees.
- By entering into these Terms, you, the vendor, undertake to indemnify and hold harmless ROCheap, its employees, shareholders, directors, suppliers, service providers, and affiliates from any and all losses, damages, fines, penalties, governmental regulatory enforcement actions, and other costs finally awarded or agreed to in connection with the adjudication or settlement of any claim, administrative proceeding, cause of action or lawsuit, resulting from any actions or failure to act, violation of these terms, legal provisions, accident, incident or mishap occurring anywhere for whatever caused, performed by or connected with the vendor.
- Failure to abide by the vendor agreement, as well as the general Terms of Service, will result in termination, refusal of service, blacklisting, and/or further consequences, determined by the severity of infractions.

Currency of Charge Policy
All charges made on ROCheap are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Customers will be charged the equivalent amount in their local currency based on current exchange rates. ROCheap is not responsible for any fluctuations in currency exchange rates or for any charges imposed by the customer's bank or financial institution. By making a purchase on ROCheap, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be charged in USD.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services purchased from ROCheap. It is the customer's responsibility to review their purchase before making it and to ensure it meets their needs. If there are any issues, please contact us within 3 days of purchase to report the problem and we will work to find a solution. By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ROCheap regarding the subject matter thereof.
